We are pleased to offer both UK and International delivery to our customers. Please see the sections below for full details of our delivery options.

UK DELIVERY

Below are the Royal Mail next day, special delivery options, depending on how quickly you need your order.

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3pm Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Mondays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.  This is with exception of ‘made to order’ and customised items. Please also note in cases where an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email to confirm the earliest delivery date. 

Your postman will require a signature when delivering your order. This delivery is tracked and the tracking number will be included in your dispatch notification so you can track your order online at www.royalmail.com

Your items are insured for any loss or damage during transit, and delivery rates reflect the value of your item. *

Next day Monday to Friday by 1.00pm
Insured up to the value of £500: £8.00
Insured up to the value of £1,000: £10.00
Insured up to the value of £2,500: £12.00

Next day Monday to Friday by 9.00am
Insured up to the value of £500: £24.00
Insured up to the value of £1,000: £25.00
Insured up to the value of £2,500: £25.00

Next day Saturday by 9.00am or 1.00pm
Add £5 to the deliver rates above for Monday to Friday

Orders over £2,500
For orders over £2,500 we arrange a courier service. This is costed on an individual basis. Please contact us for an estimate.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Below are the Parcelforce Worldwide GlobalExpress next day delivery rates.

For orders over £2,500 we arrange a courier service. This is costed on an individual basis. Please contact us for an estimate.

Import duty
Please note that if a delivery is made outside of the EU, you may incur Import Duties. These additional charges will need to be paid by you when your package arrives. We are unable to confirm what you will be charged and suggest you consult your local customs policy prior to placing your order.

For the ultimate personal one-to-one shopping experience, we welcome you to the studio to view any of the collection items and try them on. This is by appointment and you can contact us via email or phone to arrange a time. We are normally open during these times:

Monday: 9.00am – 4.30pm
Tuesday: 11.00am – 7.00pm
Wednesday: 9.00am – 7.00pm
Thursday: 9.00am – 7.00pm
Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Weekends: We are occasionally open at the weekend, please enquire when booking an appointment.
