Hannah's husband bought her a large stunning pear shape amethyst.  She asked me to design a pendant for her that she could wear everyday. I wanted the design to really show off the rich colour and bold shape of the stone, so I aimed to keep it as uncluttered as possible from the front, but add more sparkle on the sides as a surprise, and to emphasise the fluid shape and clean lines.

The final design was made in platinum and pave set with white diamond
